Grandma's Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1 cup of milk
2 Homegrown Farm organic eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 ½ to 4 cups flour
5 teaspoon yeast
Steps:
Melt ½ Cup Butter (1 stick) (may add 2 tbsp extra) and allow to cool to 110 degrees F
Add 1 cup milk to cool butter.
Add 5 teaspoons of yeast; mix thoroughly.
Mix 2 Homegrown Farms Organic Eggs.
Mix 3/4 cups of sugar into mixture.
Add 4 cups of flour. Add 1/2 cup of flour at a time until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
Allow dough to rise for 2-4 hours or until the dough doubles.
Kneed dough 8-10 times. Divide dough into 3 sections to start rolling.
For crescent rolls, roll out each ball, and cut into 6 to 8 triangles.
Roll triangles into crescents and place onto a GREASED pan.
Cover with clean dry towel.
Allow to rise 1 hour in a warm place.
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
Remove from pan and butter tops.
Makes about 48 to 64 rolls.
